Mr. Holliday graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Economics and is certified in Real Estate Investing and Development, by Rice University.  Mr. Holliday purchased his first multi-family property in 1998 while attending Texas State University.  He formed Holliday Properties in 2005 and worked diligently to build a self sustaining investment portfolio.  He has 15 years experience in commercial construction and commercial property management and over 25 years in multi family renovations and property management.
