Mrs. Holliday graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law.  She has practiced law since 2004 and is board certified in Estate Planning.  Mrs. Holliday is a CPA and is able to analyze and research complex fact scenarios.  She specializes in the field of Estate Planning, Probate, Business Planning, and other complex tax related matters.  Mrs. Holliday supervises the legalities of all our investments.  She is able provide a wealth of expertise to our partners and clients.

Sean Holliday, GC, President, 506(c) Accredited Investor

Mr. Holliday graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Economics and is certified in Real Estate Investing and Development, by Rice University.  Mr. Holliday purchased his first multi-family property in 1998 while attending Texas State University.  He formed Holliday Properties in 2005 and worked diligently to build a self sustaining investment portfolio.  He has 15 years experience in commercial construction and commercial property management and over 25 years in multi family renovations and property management.

Sage H Wald, Operations Manager, Realtor

Mrs. Wald Graduated from Texas Tech University in Public Relations and Marketing and is a licensed Realtor.  Mrs. Wald joined our team in 2012.  She is a local Real Estate professional offering much insight to the future retail marketability and or rental price points of local off market properties.  She also has a wide range of experience in Construction Management, Project Management, Property Management and Office Management.

Terms

Our policy is to offer Purchase Agreements within 7 days of you signing our (LOI) letter of intent.

Timeline

Holliday Properties will conduct its due diligence within 45 days. Typically we allow ourselves another 45 days to close within the agreement.  We also like to see a minimum 15 day extension for unknowns for purchases over 50 units.
