Since our inception we have established and stayed true to our philosophy, which is simply rooted in having integrity in all business transactions. We are not only straight forward on the Buying Home side but think through projects in terms of what the end Home Buyers can’t see. Having integrity means we do what needs to be done even if it can’t be seen by end user. This takes guts because integrity affects our ability to be the lowest bid on the buying side. However, we become a good fit when both the seller and the buyer recognize a mechanically sound, liability free, fair deal at a competitive price.
